UPDATE: Wow! It’s hot in Austin! What a great conference. There was so much to do and see, it was hard to keep up. HOW certainly keeps users hopping. Great presentations on a variety of topics, excellent after events…not to mention getting to meet and talk to great people like Jeff Fisher of LogoMotive and David Carson!

Douglas Brull, Partner at Grandpa-George and Instructor at Ai, is scheduled to attend the HOW Design Conference in Austin, Texas, June 24-26, 2009. Bringing together 25 expert speakers from Industry, HOW guides attendees through 20+ sessions, divided into seven tracks–Creativity, Design Disciplines, Business, Your Career, In-House, Technology & Production and the HOW Learning Center.

Thanks to Maggie Chan, WDIM student at The Art Institutes International Minnesota, for selecting Mr. Brull to chaperone her to the HOW Design Conference. Ms. Chan was selected as a winner of a free trip for two to the conference by AIGA.
