MacKany Realty and Grandpa-George announce the launch of Twin Cities Home Foreclosure’s new website; the most comprehensive website specifically designed to locate foreclosed and pre-foreclosed properties throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs.

Twincitieshomeforeclosures.com does this by using a state-of-the-art search engine that combines all of the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) [third-party] data with a keyword search program to identify matches. This website also provides local real estate news through direct RSS feeds and interactive market statistics directly from the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS (MAAR).

Grandpa-George created a comprehensive website with five unique URLs to locate local foreclosed properties. The URL determines the imagery shown to the user, centers the map to the location defined in the URL and displays the appropriate MLS realty listings within the website’s framework. Grandpa-George also created a custom blog engine for this website.
